Log them while you remember them. Dentist shadowing counted separately from clinical and volunteering, because schools ask for it separately. When it matters, ask a supervisor to confirm the total. They sign once, and their figure is kept apart from yours rather than quietly replacing it.

Forward a secondary invitation to your Cyclios address and it reads the school, the dates and the ask, then starts the countdown. Dental schools admit on a rolling basis too, and the days between an invitation and your reply are the part of this you control.
