Larkin names its prerequisites as courses rather than credit hours, so the baseline's semester-hour targets stand except where noted. The chemistry and biology lines read "General Biology with labs, if offered", "General Chemistry I and II, with labs if offered" and "Organic Chemistry I and II with lab if offered", which conditions the laboratory on the course carrying one; the physics line is written simply as "Physics I & II" with no laboratory named, and because the page names labs elsewhere but not there, this file leaves the baseline's physics laboratory in place rather than reading a waiver into silence. Biochemistry is required outright. Every prerequisite needs "a grade of 'C' or better." On scores, "DAT is required with a minimum score of 370", a figure consistent with the 200 to 600 scale in use since March 2025, alongside a "Preferred minimum overall GPA of 3.0" and a "preferred Science & Math GPA (SGPA): 3.4 minimum". The university's own admissions FAQ covers pharmacy, biomedical sciences and physician assistant studies only and says nothing about dental medicine, so there is no second page to cross-check against.
