Only one semester of organic chemistry is required here, not two. The page asks for "One academic year with labs** of advanced chemistry (Organic Chemistry I with lab, Biochemistry I with or without a lab)" and adds "*Organic chemistry II is optional, but highly recommended." Organic I must carry its laboratory.

Biochemistry I is not an extra here, it is the second half of the required advanced chemistry year that organic chemistry I begins, and the page allows it "with or without a lab."

"One semester (or two quarters)** with lab." Half the baseline's two-semester sequence. The FAQ explains why the timing is flexible: "Since there is no physics section, this required course can be taken later if scheduling permits or dictates."

DCG publishes no minimum. Its FAQ says "The Admissions Committee strongly encourages applicants to shadow a dentist in order to learn as much as possible about the practice of dentistry from a practitioner. On average, successful applicants accrue about 300 hours of exposure in a dental setting." That 300 is an average of admitted students, not a floor, and it is well above the baseline's 100. The requirements page lists "dental exposure" among the other factors the Committee weighs, and the required dentist letter must come from a dentist you shadowed.

100+ hours

Few schools publish a number; committees still read for a service habit held over time.

Four letters, in one of two shapes. Option 1: "Packet or composite/committee letter (counts as one letter)", a dentist you shadowed, and two personal letters. Option 2: "An academic professional (science instructor, advisor, department chair, etc.)", a dentist you shadowed, and two personal letters. A personal letter means an "academic advocate, another dentist, a supervisor or someone who knows the applicant well enough to speak positively on the applicant's behalf", and family members should not be used.

DCG never asks for two science professors. The only academic slot is Option 2's "An academic professional (science instructor, advisor, department chair, etc.)", one letter, and an advisor or department chair answers it; Option 1 replaces that slot with a committee letter entirely.

"A dentist (whom you have shadowed)." The parenthetical is the school's, and it appears in both letter options, so this letter is unavoidable no matter which route you take.
