Saint Elizabeth publishes a twelve line prerequisite list with credits, each to be "Satisfactorily completed ... with a 'B- (2.7)' or better": English Composition (3), General Psychology (3), Statistics (3), Medical Terminology (1), General Biology 1 with Lab (4), Genetics (3), Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2 with Lab (4 each), Microbiology with Lab (4), General Chemistry 1 and 2 with Lab (4 each) and Biochemistry (3). The recency window applies only to the starred lines, A&P 1, A&P 2 and Microbiology: "Must be completed within 10 years of matriculation." English Composition and Medical Terminology "Must be taken at a U.S. institution." "All prerequisites are expected to be completed by the Spring semester prior to matriculation and only in-person labs will be accepted." GPA floors are an overall GPA and a prerequisite GPA each of "3.2 or better (as calculated by CASPA)", and a baccalaureate from a regionally accredited institution is required. On testing, the program "is requiring their applicant to take EITHER the GRE (Graduate Record Examination) or PA-CAT (Physician Assistant College Admission Test)": a minimum combined GRE score of 300 or a minimum overall PA-CAT score of 500, taken within five years of matriculation, and "Applicants with a master's degree or higher are not required to submit the GRE or PA-CAT." Experience is one sentence: "Completed a minimum of 300 hours of direct patient care experience, 16 hours of PA shadowing experience and 50 hours of community service." The page does not define which roles count as direct patient care.
